Cheshire Motor Inn

Seems like a lot of improvements since the last time I stayed there. The cleaning of the rooms left a lot to desire. The mattresses and carpet especially. There was a hole burned in the comforter and the mattress had pretzel pieces and was dirty. One pillow case had a blood stain on it. The carpet had holes in it. Hopefully there is a remodeling going on and these matters will be addressed. Overall the stay was quiet and restful. And with the added lights and security guard patrolling made for a safe feeling. I will give it another try when I'm in the area. The staff was very friendly and pleasant

I mean it's old there's only so much you can do with the place but I do like the king rooms in the back. Play definitely keep security on the parking lot, so no worry there. Typically have set prices and are one of the last ones that do not require a deposit (hallelujah!). Service is .. just bare minimum civil, not rude or angry and also not cheerful. But nowadays I'll take what I can get on that. Could be worse. Wifi sucks. If its actually working that is

Takes cash and doesn't need a credit card. Was super easy s little pricey but well located so it's all good

this place is closing in october around the 15 it will be no more so if u like it thire u should come back for one last time

It is a quiet little outta the chaos place. Not to awful far from Emory Hospital. The place was well lit up at night for walking my dogs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit outta date, but clean. The restaurant next door has good food. If I ever have to visit Emory Hospital again I will definitely stay there again.

I'm not going to say this is some amazing place by any means, but for the price we paid we were honestly surprised. The person at the desk was incredibly nice and the room was well furnished and clean. They even have 24/7 security and cameras outside, though that could be a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it. The only complaint I really have is that there was somehow a mistake in booking and we got a smoking room when we were supposed to get non-smoking, but staff apologized profusely and overall we don't mind too much. But if you need somewhere in this area of Atlanta for low cost, this is definitely a good choice.

Exceeded my expectations. The rooms are clean. Staff does a good job of making the property safe and keeps drama to a minimum. Affordable prices. I was also VERY happy they accept pets (I have a 55 lb pit/boxer mix).

Web reservation isn't always available...be sure to call and check on availability of rooms. Staff was very nice in all interactions. Rooms had new very comfortable bedding. Good air conditioning and hot water in the room. Was very quiet and overall comfortable for my 2 day stay. Early check-in available depending on availability. Many restaurants within walking distance ...even a Publix grocery store. I would definitely stay there again! Very reasonable rates when compared to other places near midtown.
